How to prepare for a festival that may not happen? We asked our friends at O., who will be running the O.Lab at WORM, how they are planning to go ahead, with so much uncertainty hanging over their heads. Due to the continuing situation it’s moved once from May, to August this year. Surely, this time, O. “will” happen?
O. is a newly branded international festival that “stands for opera and opening up the genre”with a focus on “Opera. Music. Theatre.”
Click on the video below to get a feel of what the organisation is planning and have a nose through the blogs (NL taal!), also below, to see how the making of an international festival plays itself out in real time during a pandemic. Written by those behind the scenes. We expect frustrations, altered plans and last minute panics, but we all hope something magical will happen.
