Always play with your food! EYF welcomes you to an evening of playful exploration of both the space (WORM) and our childhood memories, where guests have to hunt for hidden comfort foods guided by live music, joining together in a game of Hide and Seek with the food, the ingredients, the dinner table and each other.

Celebrating WORM’s 25th anniversary (quarter century!) we invite you to embark on an evening of playful exploration, inspired by the nostalgia of childhood comfort foods and familiar games. As a playground for constant experimentation, WORM offers us the perfect background to remember our childhood favourites, play a game of Hide and Seek – whether with the ingredients, the courses or the dinner table – and reflect on the carefree ease of making friends on the playground. EYF encourages you to play with your food and we are doing it quite literally. This whimsical experience invites you to search for your food – hidden comfort foods scattered throughout the venue will create a playful interactive journey that gradually reveals each course. Live band B_o_a_t_s will guide our steps in getting closer to the hidden ingredients by also playing along with voice and instruments, helping us rediscover the joy and wonder of childhood games and remember the marvellous freedom of making friends and collaborating on the playground regardless of age, background or circumstance, just sharing a common goal and the thrill of discovery. So let’s be silly, there are special treats to be uncovered, making the night an unforgettable celebration of play, exploration, and togetherness.

About Eat Your Feelings
Eat Your Feelings EYF website is a journey through the world of food in its vast interpretations outside the domestic context. It aspires to spark conversations and foster a sense of community through playful encounters that at times combine snacks and cinema. Pairing radio research with film obsessions translated into musical rhythms, recipe testing and gestures of social care. Centred around acts of service as a love language, we believe that food connects the personal to the social dimension, carries expressions, memories, cultural identity, national policy and social justice. Food is both a means and material that offers the perfect opportunity to explore (personal) stories, and emotions creatively by bringing people together.

About the ensemble scoring the dinner:
B_o_a_t_s is a five-piece improvisational ensemble based in Rotterdam. Through saxophone, keys, guitar, drums and voice they channel the groove tube, providing wallpaper-like background music for all occasions: weddings, bar mitzvahs, shareholder meetings—you name it.
