Absolute AANRADER!! STÄSJ is het alter-ego van de Nijmeegse zangeres en componist en performer Stefanie Janssen. Een mysticus met een vechtershart, een romanticus in strijd met de harde werkelijkheid. Haar stem trekt alle registers open of fluistert op een meditatieve ondergrond van beats, bass en electronica.
In 2018 maakte STÄSJ haar debuut met het album Soft Forces, en presenteerde het live tijdens het O. Festival in Rotterdam.
Met haar nieuwe album Building a Cathedral, dat dit voorjaar uitkwam, bouwt STÄSJ verder aan haar gevarieerde, sonische kosmos.
Bij WORM verschijnt STÄSJ met haar trio, een veelbelovende line-up: Rosa Ronsdorf (synths & electronics) en Nina de Jong (drums & electronics). Twee muzikanten, die je zou kunnen kennen van Spill Gold, een geweldige band gedreven door electro-pop, Krautrock en synth riffs.

AWICHAS
Een nieuw project van de Boliviaanse/Braziliaanse multi-media artieste Ibelisse Guardia Ferragutti; ze noemt het "An Andean-microtonal-electronic-dance music voyage, informed by subversive and cyclical pulses with ornamented spectral circuitry.." Het gaat om nieuw werk geinspireerd door rituelen uit het Andes-gebergte, historische ontdekkingsreizen en niet-westerse toonladders. Bij WORM geeft ze een voorproefje van dit nieuwe materiaal, in een duo met Jochem van Tol. Met analoge synthesizrs, vervormde stemmen and opzwepende beats nemen zij je mee op een hypnotiserende, trance-opwekkende trip.

AWICHAS
AWICHAS is a new project by Bolivian/Brazilian multi-media artist Ibelisse Guardia Ferragutti, and she calls it "An Andean-microtonal-electronic-dance music voyage, informed by subversive and cyclical pulses with ornamented spectral circuitry.." She is developing compositions inspired by mountain rituals of the Andes, earthling gatherings, ancient travels and non-western tuning. For WORM she will present some of this new material, in a duo with Jochem van Tol. With analogue synthesizrs, distorted voices and powerful beats they will take you on a hypnotising, trance-inducing trip.
