WORM is working on a new disclaimer to include The European Data Protection Board guidelines (November 2023) on the scope of Article 5(3) of the e-Privacy Directive – i.e., the so-called ‘cookie rule’, and the Google Consent Mode V2, which is required to continue measuring data with Google Ads and GA4.
