The 25 Hour Radio Relay is back!

Once again, UBIK becomes our base for a live-to-air experimental music and performance marathon, broadcasting non-stop for 25 hours. You, the audience, are invited to show up, tune in, drop by…and even stay overnight for the full experience.

Join us, in person or online, from 5pm Saturday 24th til 6pm Sunday 25th January in WORM UBIK (Boomgaardsstraat 69, just up the street from the #Wunderbar). 72 performers, 3 stages, 1 room. Free. Show up whenever. Bring everyone. Don’t sleep.

You can still send us your own recorded work! Radio WORM wants to hear your best and oddest ideas: your radio plays, game shows, acoustic performances, noise sets, interviews, poetry and spoken word, improv choirs, sermons, sound art, dawn choruses, audio essays, home-made instrument jams. Upload your mp3 files to the Recording Roulette link and we’ll play Prerecord Roulette in between the live performances. Deadline 11 January. We’ll prioritise pieces that bring something experimental, niche, DIY, uncommon: the serious, the absurd, and the profoundly entertaining for both live audience and online listeners.
