WORM SOUND STUDIO IS OPEN AGAIN! - Worm - A Rotterdam based organisation working at the intersection of culture and arts.

Vanaf oktober opent WORM Sound Studios weer haar deuren. Met een bijzondere collectie vintage-elektronische apparatuur, een vernieuwde en verbeterde studio structuur (maar het blijft vintage natuurlijk) en de mogelijkheid om 1 elektrisch apparaat (van 808 tot dx7) voor een dagdeel ter plaatse te bespelen en op te nemen.

Onze laatste aanwinsten zijn oa. De Prophet 5 (tweede serie), Oberheim 4 voices, Yamaha cs 60, Korg ps 3200 en BME Axiom modular. Verder is de WORM/Klangendum Modular door Danny “Dasding” Bosten ge-update en zit ie nu eindelijk helemaal vol met -gedeeltelijk- DIY modules.

Studio Huurprijzen

Een studiodag; 40 euro per dag voor het gebruik van de studio (voor niet-commerciële of budgetloze muzikanten) met een minimum van twee dagen. Tijden; 10u arriveer. 2200u vertrek. We zijn er het eerste uur bij om je wegwijs te maken of eventueel te helpen met de setup.

Synths te Huur

Rent-a-Synth; 20 euro per dagdeel. Neem je eigen computer en koptelefoon mee, Worm zorgt voor kleine mixer en audio interface (Steinberg ur 22), We zetten je aan een tafel in het kantoor en je kunt maximaal 4 uur je gang gaan met een van de volgende synths Zie beneden!

WORM Sound Studios will open its doors again from October. With a special collection of vintage electronic equipment, a renewed and improved studio structure (it remains vintage, of course) and the possibility to play and record 1 electrical device (from 808 to dx7) for half a day, on site. Our latest acquisitions include: The Prophet 5 (second series), Oberheim 4 voices, Yamaha cs 60, Korg ps 3200 and BME Axiom modular. Furthermore, the WORM/Klangendum Modular has been updated by Danny “Dasding” Bosten and is now finally completely filled with -partial- DIY modules.

Studio Hire

One day in the studio; 40 euros per day for the use of the studio (for non-commercial or “budgetless” musicians). A minimum of two days. Times; 10am arrival. 10pm departure. We are there for the first hour to guide you or possibly help with the setup.

Synths for Hire

Rent-a-Synth; 20 euros per half-day. Bring your own computer and headphones. WORM provides a small mixer and audio interface (Steinberg ur 22), We’ll seat you at a table in the office and you can go on with one of the following synths for up to 4 hours;
