For their 7th edition on May 17th, ROOTS invites Ukrainian multidisciplinary collective Motsion! As per usual, ROOTS brings their format of inviting a collective to showcase their cultural roots in a multifaceted evening, including a panel talk, traditional food, and a collaborative curation of energizing Live and DJ performances by Motsion and some incredibly talented local guests!

Motsion’s mission is to build cultural bridges between Ukraine and other countries around the world. Their goal is to showcase the full depth of the Ukrainian underground scene through their members’ passion for electronic music. ROOTS will act as a facilitator, hosting a panel talk with a focus on nightlife and its impact on the mental health of its attendees; in addition to collaborating with Motsion on the programming, providing a selection of artists that serves as a cultural connection between Motsion and the local electronic music scene.
