UBIK Performance Night w/ Pelagic Quadraphonic

Pelagic is a series of Listening Sessions with a program of ambient/experimental/downtempo music, usually on a Sunday. In each event you’ll find a comfortable sitting area, soft lights and a good sound system. This edition will focus on spatial sound: three artists will present a live new set expanding their stereo sound to a quadraphonic sound system. The event will start with an optional workshop before the listening session.

Spatial audio workshop by Victor Bontje

Victor Bontje, sound designer and dj/composer, will host a workshop into spatial music, exploring the intersections of sound, space and immersive technology. Are you interested to learn about creating dynamic and spatial audio and do you want to compose for a quadrophonic sound system? Bring your own music/sound design and join the workshop before the listening session to get inspired. Limited places available.

Listening Session
20:00 – 23:00 (seperate ticket requered: Listening Session ticket)
After the workshop we’ll darken the lights and immerse into three different live sets. Phantasy, Avsluta (UK) and Psy Priestess will present their music on a quadraphonic setup, creating a sonic journey where movement, texture and space converge.
