Through real-time bodycam and phone footage, frontline activists take audiences along on their audacious raids to tear down arms factories across the UK. Since 2020, the directaction group Palestine Action has documented its operations to dismantle companies and infrastructure supplying weapons to the ongoing genocide in Gaza. In July this year, Palestine Action was proscribed as a terrorist organisation by the UK government. As a result, the film’s UK theatrical release was blocked and the directors removed the online version. It is currently forbidden to screen this film or to support Palestine Action in the UK.

After the screening, stay for a talk with local activists, delving more into the pro-Palestinian activism and direct action in the Netherlands.

Speakers:
Vlinder is an anti-fascist pro-Palestine activist. She was part of the Dutch delegation of the Mohamed Bhar Flotilla that set sail to Gaza in order to bring aid and break the siege. She dedicates herself to direct action against the genocide in Palestine.
Eric, on behalf of Geef Tegengas. Geef Tegengas is an intersectional climate movement for a just world and a free Palestine. Geef Tegengas operates with the aim to inflict economic damage, as they believe that those in power only listen when their bottom line is attacked.
Sky is part of the campagne Fok Fokker that takes action against GKN Fokker, a company that produces parts for the F-35 fighter jet. The F-35 is used by Israël to bomb Gaza, being a part of the ongoing genocide. Fok Fokker aims to disrupt production of F-35 fighter jet parts through direct action.
Daryll L. is a HBO (university of applied sciences) teacher, youth worker, and social worker who uses Hip Hip Culture and its alternative, anticolonial narratives to help young people connect with their authentic selves and build communal principles together.
