This new documentary takes us into the world of Negativland, where most of the footage comes straight from the people involved. In a creative mashup called "Plunderphonics", they mix together all sorts of stuff from radios, TV, sounds, and noises. This mishmash raises questions about culture, media, tech, who’s in charge, propaganda, power, and how we see things.

The gang (they might not be your typical band) got their name from a song by German band CAN and has been making music since the ’80s.
Things got interesting when they did an unauthorised cover of U2’s song "I STILL HAVEN’T FOUND WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR" and even dropped a whole album pretending to be U2.

The movie mixes live radio shows, news clips, and chats from that time. And the way the movie’s put together matches its content: it’s like a loop, constantly going back and forth in timeThe film features live radio broadcasts, news footage, and occasional interviews from the era, engulfing the listener in a noisy multimedia world without boundaries, ownership or privacy.
