#Wunderbar has a new menu for 2026!
Chef Robert Chieuw has been busy conjuring up new menu items too: three Surinamese Sandwich varieties to be exact: a vegan shawarma, a char siew pork – both using a new vegan meat and a frittata!
Robert’s menu is pretty unique in the city: there are no vegan alternatives to most of the dishes he makes in Rotterdam, especially the Saoto soup and all the Surinamese broodjes and hot dishes, which are not just made with vegetables but also include vegan-friendly sources of protein.
