Coolstof: CrosxxxSing the Song

by Geo Wyeth
17:00
Showroom MAMA

This season you will come across even more art in the Cool district. In addition to the weekly Kunstavonden (Arts Evenings) which give you free admission to the contemporary arts institutes in Rotterdams arts quarter every Friday night from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., there will also be a lot happening outdoors on the street.

The new Coolstof series will be launched by MAMA presenting CrosxxxSing the Song, a series of workshops and a performance by New York multidisciplinary artist Geo Wyeth, which takes the idea of crossing gender, ideas, culture and asks: how and when do we cross? A selected group of 13- to 17-year-olds will be joining Wyeth for a series of workshops culminating in a piece of musical street theatre.

Costume design: Dennis Bijleveld
Youth casting and coordination: Alicia Breton
